Superannuation:
All Superannuation charges are at 9% as per the current rate stipulated. All Superannuation payments are made quartley into Hesta Superannuation unless an arrangement has been made with one of the WorkFront staff to pay into the superannuation of your choice. All guidelines for superannuation rates are as per notification from the taxation office.

Occupational Health and Safety:
Occupational Health and Safety is also covered within our chargers. We ensure that all rates are as per the job description that a company provides WorkFront with. Chargers will be based on the current rating from the Occupation Health and Safety Act of 2000.

Business will only be charged the Occupational Health and Safety rate no extra fees are added to any Occupational Health and Safety rate.

Rates of Pay:
The staff at WorkFront are trained specialist in finding the rate pay for all employees. All rates are as per an Award wether it is a State or Federal Award.

We will only charge as per the award. Copies of awards can easily be obtained by contacting the WorkFront Office.

Administration Fees:
A general administration fee is charged. This is due to cover costs of payment of wages, bank chargers (if applicable), time taken for filling out all paperwork required (tax file declarations, occupational health and safety forms, superannuation forms, staff details etc), it is also due to group certificates being issues, payslips, postage etc.

The general administration fees are 6 to 7 percent on top of rates.
